Rob Flynn from Machine Head in Wacken

I’m not a big Machine Head fan but I enjoy seeing the band on stage.

I’ve seen a few good shows and some boring shows from them.

I watched Machine Head’s show on a giant screen.

I didn’t really planned to see them so I went to the True Metal Stage and wait for Saxon… But I regret not having been by the Black Stage when Machine Head was playing!

They just got Wacken in fire, making probably the largest circle pit I ever seen.

Machine Head were one of the headliners at Wacken.

I could only wonder about Rob Flynn AND Phil Demmel’s previous band? Vio-Lence.

What if they had never formed Machine Head? They probably would still be playing at Wacken, but certainly not as a headliner.

So whether you like their music or not, I can’t one can’t deny that they made the right choice at the right time.

That's how I saw Machine Head! Quite far for I was waiting for Saxon

Now, Time for the headliners of Wacken: Saxon!
