Athrax had to cancel their performance and Sodom were the chosen ones to take over their spot.
You always know what to expect: pure mercyless Thrash Metal in your face. They blew my mind right from the start with Among The Weirdcong, followed by Outbreak Of Evil, Surfin' Bird and almost all their hits! What a setlist, perhaps only Bombenhagel and Marines were missing, it was impressive.

Crowdsurfers and moshers were everywhere, despite the heat and the dust. It was a show to remember and definitely the Thrash Metal show of the Hellfest 2015.

And we couldn't dream of a better running order, as the next band on stage was Tom Angelripper's favourite one: the mighty Motörhead.
