To me, the last day of the Hellfest began with Powerwolf at the Mainstage 01, and that was a great way to start!

This band made everything to put everyone in a good mood.
At he beginning of the show some people were rather curious, like... "why those guys in make-up don't play Black Metal?"... And after a couple of songs the first crowdsurfers popped-up, everyone was headbanging, and many singing their catchy choruses.

They played some old songs, and 3 tunes from their latest record, Preachers Of The Night, and those were very well received by the audience. To me, this one is definetel their best record do date.

But it wasn't only about music and make-up, the guys from Powerwolf really know how to stand up on stage! Matthew and Charles Greywolf don't stop running all over the stage, and Falk Maria Schlegel is like a second frontman, as he often comes the front to make everyone clap their hands.

I´m sure they won quite a few new fans qith this concert.
They have the songs, and they have the attitude, I do not doubt that Powerwolf has a bright future ahead!
