No matter which thrash metal bands are playing in a festival, no matter how many death metal fans there are, there’s always room for Whitesnake and the audience always responds to them. |

They have an amazing sound, powerful drums and great guitars. Doug Aldrich is an amazing player. He really has taken Whitesnake to a new level, with a modern but bluesy sound full of feeling. Reb Beach is also great, but he plays less solos and moves less on stage. Still, he’s got aa very good clean sound which is part of today’s Whitesnake identity. |

David Coverdale, always with his blue jeans and his white shirt, stands at the front and the center of the stage. He talks a lot to the audience and make them sing. We all respond during the whole show. There were a lot of girls at the festival, and during Whitesnake they're all in the pit as close to the stage as possible. Take a look to the picture beside, David Coverdale drives crazy all these beautiful swedeish girls! |

Whitesnake live is an amazing band, I’m glad they came back and that they have a new album to keep them on the road for a while. But of course Whitesnake’s most recognisable trademark is David Coverdale’s voice. It’s just amazing that after all these years he sings better than ever. |

He’s got a unique voice, but he’s also a unique singer, a real one. I wish Sebastian Bach (ex-Skid Row), who was one of the best singers from the 80’s, still could do it this way. I wish that for Ozzy Osbourne too. Some singers, like Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson, Saxon ’s Biff Bifford or Ronnie James Dio still sing like they did and 30 years ago, and they even do it better now. These are some of the best rock singers in the world and David Coverdale is also on that list. |
