Fact: Queensrÿche is band that makes great studio albums. Records like Empire or Operation:Mindcrime are huge monuments!

Another fact: Geoff Tate has one of the best voices in Rock and Metal.

But... their festival concerts are boring! This was my fifth Queensrÿche concert, and fourth on a festival. Well, the only Queensrÿche gig I really enjoyed was indoors...

The setlist included many songs I like, but what woke me up was their version of Black Sabbath's Neon Knights.
Man, it was amazing! Geoff Tate sang like a god! It's probably the best cover version of a DIO song I ever heard!

Thanks to this I enjoyed the Queensrÿche show more than usual. But again, just like Dream Theater, this band is great for indoor performances, but their music doesn't fits on open air festivals.
