Oh yeah, what a pleasure to go back to the Bang Your Head!!! Festival!

The Bang your Head !! is one of my favourites summer festivals, along with the Sweden Rock Fest. I Think the Hellfest or Wacken would have the third place.

The Bang Your Head!!! is very well organized: the only have one stage, it's close to the town of Balingen, there's a supermarket and a lot of facilities right beside, the atmosphere is great, they always have exclusive bands and it's quite close from home!

Oh yeah, I forgot, it's in Germany, a country I love, and where metal music is alive and well!

After the Hellfest show, I was really looking forward to see another Twisted Sister concert.
Bang Your Head!!! Festival was the best choice I could make, as they were headlining, and there were several other great bands: The Quireboys, Hades, Treat and the list goes on...

Unfortunately I couldn't ask for anymore day offs from my job, we only went there for a day. The festival started on friday but we were there only on saturday.

We quickly packed a few clothes with a couple of friends and we hit the road on friday night. We slept at a cheap Formule 1 Hotel near Strasbourg, and the next day we got to Balingen.

I really wanted to see the band Bullet but unfortunately we missed them: I only saw the end of their show.
Anyway, we went there mainly for Twisted Sister and we were not disapointed at all!
