Adam Bomb came back to Paris and for the first time he performed an acoustic show.

It's quite rare to see bands performing acoustic concerts, so I was curious about this.


Adam Bomb's show was held in a bar called Le Fanfaron. I never heard of this place before. Like most bars in Paris, it's small, but the walls were covered with Rock n'Roll posters, so it seemed the right place to do this kind of show.

Adam Bomb was playing completely solo tonight, no other musicians were with him.

There was no stage, he was standing right in front of the audience.
That said, he did not forget his lights around the microphone and the backdrop with his logo.

There were almost no lights. The sound was the one from his amps, and it was good.

The set was divided in two parts. He played for an hour, then there was an interlude, and he came back for another hour.

He played some of his own songs, but also some cover songs from the Rolling Stones and KISS.

There were some 40 to 60 people attending, but some guys were standing on the tables and the bar.
Even the barman was dancing!

This small concert finally turned into a big party.
The only negative point would be that the place was so packed, that it was virtually impossible to get through the crowds and reach the bar for a beer.

The last song was an acoustic version of his french hit Je t'Aime Baby. He said it was the first time he played it with an acoustic guitar.

Adam Bomb demonstrated that night that he's a very good frontman, a very good player, and that he can rock his songs on acoustic versions.
